Team Awards

Adult Mentor Award

Each year at the FLL State Championship there is a trophy awarded to an Adult Mentor/Coach & to a Youth Mentor/Coach (under 21).  These mentors/coaches are nominated by their team.

Coaches/Mentors:  Please instruct the team that the FLL Planning Committee is requesting that you distribute the nomination forms. Please email or print out the nomination form and distribute to your team,  including the students, parents and supporters.  

There will also be nomination forms on the pit tables on Sat.

A maximum of five (5) entries will be reviewed for each team for consideration for these awards.

These will be the first 5 entries read. Teams may nominate more than one mentor or may submit numerous entries for one mentor.

Put the completed forms in the box that will be clearly marked near pit administration, due no later than noon on the day of the tournament.
