Maryland FIRST LEGO League Tournament Info 2009-2010

Maryland State FLL Robotics Championship Tournament Registration is for FLL Teams that are already engaged with the 2009 Smart Moves Challenge.

Such teams registered in 2009 with FLL. Registration for the 2009 season closes in September 2009.

The Maryland FIRST LEGO League (FLL) Robotics State Championship Tournament will be held on a Saturday in January, 2010 at UMBC (http://www.umbc.edu). The competition will be held in the RAC (Retriever Athletic Center) [bldg. 32 on campus maps]. The RAC is UMBC's Basketball arena.

If you and your children have an interest in technology and robotics you should plan on attending the Maryland FIRST LEGO League State Tournament. The event is FREE to the public.

What will you see?

  • Junior FIRST LEGO League teams with great displays and projects
  • FLL Robotics teams (4-10 kids) who have worked for months to compete in four competition areas and try for a chance to go the World Championships in Atlanta
  • Displays and presentations from regional teams and corporations.
