Maryland JrFLL 2010 Registration is now opened!

It's Official: The Maryland State JrFLL Expo is on January 30, 2010

The Maryland JrFLL Expo will be held in conjunction with the MD State FLL tournament at UMBC in Baltimore, MD. The event will be one of the last two weekends in January (pending final basketball schedules).

Please review all the steps below to register for the MD Expo.

The MD JrFLL Expo is open only to teams registered in MD unless there are open slots after the submission deadline. Out-of-state teams will be placed on a waiting list and notified of available spaces no later than January 11. If you are an out-of-state team that has an interest in the MD Expo, please complete and submit the spreadsheet, but do not send any money until we confirm your slot.

• STEP 0: Note that JrFLL teams only need to plan to attend the main state tournament on January 30, 2010. They are not involved in any of the FLL preliminary competitions.
   
• STEP 1: Visit the new Jr FIRST LEGO League site to review the challenge if you have not done so.

• STEP 3: If you have not done so, read the registration FAQ page on this site. Click here.
   
• STEP 4: Go to US FIRST to register your team if you have not done so.

• Download the MD JrFLL registration spreadsheet:
  This is a simple Excel file with fields for you to fill in. It has full instructions. Just complete it and email it back to marco@techbrick.com. If you have multiple teams you can rename the file. Why are we doing registration this way? It's very simple, and gives you time to collect all the data.

• Then write a check made payable to "University of MD Foundation" for $40 and mail it to the address below. Please write your team number in the memo field.
